So many people tell you how to support your child.
For me, the most important thing is to support YOU.
What you will get:
You will get support on every step of your journey and someone on your side, always. You are a great parent. I trust you are doing the best you can. You will become more confident and free from guilt and shame.

You will have a place to express any conflicting feelings no matter how strong and scary they are.
Your emotional needs are important. They will be recognised, accepted, and fulfilled.

You are not alone in the search for the best strategies to help your child and decrease the intensity and frequency of tantrums and meltdowns. We will find effective ways to assess what works and what doesn't for your child.

You will get careful and empathic assistance in understanding your child's hidden needs and challenging behaviours. We will also find more effective ways to cope in the crisis situations.
Realistic expectations:
There won't be a magic immediate change of the behaviour. We will carefully investigate your situation and will gradually get your family to a better place.

There won't be one approach fit all attitude. We will find the right synthesis of techniques that will work for your family.

I am not a doctor. I cannot prescribe medication or give diagnoses. But I am familiar with many aspects of different conditions. You will get help in assessing how medication works and what else you could discuss with the doctor.

You can be yourself. It's safe and I will never judge you for being imperfect. I know how far this parenting can be from what you expected.

"I am very grateful to Anna for her psychological help. I am a single mum, my son has ADHD and ASD. Last year, my son also struggled from emotional trauma, and his behaviour was terrible. For me, it was the hardest time of my life. Many thanks to Anna and the peer support group that she organised for the support and advise. I started feeling better and hope to get even better in the future."

"I reached out to Anna for help when I could no longer cope with my emotions. It’s was a difficult time for me. Feeling supported brings a sense of calm. Anna found the right approach for me and helped me address my inner struggles. Thanks to the exercises and methods she used, I learned more about myself, identified new goals, and found the strength and motivation to take action"
Alena
“In just five weeks we’ve covered so much. Anna picks up on the things that I don't necessarily say, not just like several other therapists who only ask "so how this makes you feel?” This works great for me."
